Countersink Bit With Stop

One type has a stop that spins. The other type has a fixed stop that does not spin.

The spinning type rubs against the wood surface while drilling. After just 10 holes, there can be 10 black rings on the board. A good piece of wood is ruined.

This Countersink Bit with Stop does not spin. We call it a "non-rotating stop." The moment it touches the wood, it remains stationary. No spinning means no scratches, and the surface stays clean.

There is a bearing inside the structure. We improved the design multiple times based on customer feedback, and the current version is highly stable.

No scratches is one benefit. Another is depth accuracy. Once the stop contacts the surface, the bit cannot go deeper. Every hole has the same depth-no shallow or overly deep holes.

The stop is made of aluminum alloy and features laser-engraved markings. It is adjustable from 12 to 35mm and secured with a hex screw, making it much more durable than plastic stops.

The cutting head is replaceable. The shank is a 6.25mm hex shank. Total length is 80mm. Center drill length is 60mm.

Countersink diameters are 8mm and 10mm. Center drill diameters are 2.8mm, 3.2mm, 3.5mm, and 4.0mm.

Usage Tip: Tighten the hex screw properly when adjusting the stop. Use a drill of 18V or higher.
