Cut Hard Materials Like Cement Board
Do your customers need to cut fiber cement or red brick? Ordinary blades cannot handle these materials. These Reciprocating Blades for Wood are designed for such applications. The teeth are made of carbide, and the blade body is alloy. This combination provides hardness while maintaining flexibility, so the blade is not easy to break.
Our factory has an in-house R&D team and has been producing cutting tools since 2011. We comply with local environmental regulations. Each batch undergoes quality inspection.

Five Sizes for Different Jobs
The smallest blade is 225 mm long and weighs 50.4 g. The largest is 505 mm long and weighs 185 g. Customers can choose based on required cutting depth.
The tooth density ranges from 15 to 36 TPI. A higher TPI provides a finer cut, while a lower TPI allows faster cutting.
Before use, ensure the blade is firmly installed. Operate at a controlled speed and avoid overheating the blade.

A Must-Have for Renovation Work
For renovation projects, this tool is highly practical. It can cut aerated bricks for pipe channels and red bricks for wall modifications. It is much faster than manual chiseling.
We support third-party inspections. Samples can be provided before mass production. Custom sample development takes 1–4 weeks. Standard production lead time is 1–2 months. Free samples are available upon request.
These Reciprocating Blades for Wood are built for durability and long service life.
